I have used Bornhoeft for over 20 years. They have ALWAYS every time answered my calls no matter when I call. My furnace was installed in 1989 when we built the house and they have maintained it yearly with a spring check up. I’ve never had any problems with it. I’ve had to replace the original air conditioner a few years back and I’ve had no problems with either of my air conditioners. Whenever they come out they are always professional and very courteous. When my furnace does begin to have issues and it needs replacing I will no doubt use Bornhoeft’s. Hopefully the new one will last as long as the current one has!
