What a fun time! Nice environment to learn how to cook. Chef Ouellette is amazing & he is so knowledgable about cooking. Very reasonable prices. You get a 4 star meal for a minimal price! Great place we will be back with more people.

My experience concerns buying a Groupon for the introduction to home beer brewing class. The session was poorly conceived. Rather than preparing the different steps to brewing and actually demonstrating various tasks, the session mostly consisted of the instructor mixing pre-​packaged ingredients to the pot of water, then waiting (sometimes as much as a half-​hour) to add the next ingredient. The Groupon cost $ 50 for two and was supposed to include light appetizers, but the only food was take-​out pizza (everyone got a small piece). The beer sampling consisted of three commercially-​available canned beers, and the samples were very small. Why not sample home brews from the instructor? Overall, it was a lot of money for a poorly-​planned event. I don’t know how the rest of the business runs (and I won’t be back to find out), but the Groupon was a complete ripoff.
