Highly recommend the tavern burger! Right up there with my Moms hamburgers and she makes the best. Lovely, charming place, it’s like going to your best friend’s house for lunch. Cups may not match the plates but somehow it makes everything taste even better. Really liked this place.

Love this little place tucked away in East liverpool. I happened upon it one day passing thru. The staff is very nice and it is in a remodeled old home that they chose to keep the charm of. I love sitting on the sunporch and having homemade soup and toasted cheese. The iced coffee is great as well. I also enjoyed the old books to look at and the year books from area high schools as well.

Love this place. Owned by two business partners right on the outskirts of town. It feels like you’re hanging out in your living room. They have a large selection of different coffees and they make different types of sandwiches. They’re both incredibly friendly and they want you to have an incredible experience while you’re there. They also offer free wifi and many, many places to sit between classes or just for wasting time. I’ll be coming back very soon.

Nice woman-owned and operated coffee and sandwich shop. The strawberry cream slushy and italian sodas were good. The place was clean, bright, and inviting.

This place was wonderful. The ladies that run the place were so warn and welcoming. We were from out of state and briefly in East Liverpool for a few hours and were so happy when we found the Java Jo House. It was just up the street from the pottery museum. The food was fresh and tasty and at a very reasonable price. This place is a MUST visit if you are in East Liverpool Ohio.

Finally, a coffee shop close to home! No more $ 20 Starbucks visits(75% used for gas money). The quality of the coffee and the inviting atmosphere provide a warm&welcoming experience, which contrasts that of the city it’s housed in. Great job girls!
