My dog Roxy came back traumatized after her grooming at this place. Never again will any of my animals go to this groomer.
I lived right up the road for many years, so I figured I would give them a try. But after my experience here, I would strongly advise to steer clear of this place if you love your pet! They were very unprofessional. She came home trembling and shaking with her tail between her legs, which is very unlike her. She seemed drugged and out of it. She is normally happy go lucky and loves everyone.

A dangerous place for your beloved fur-​babies. The poor pups were there for over 12 hours and after repeated calls saying they were not done they finally came out swollen, bleeding, and cut up. A shame they are still in business!

I don’t typically write reviews, good or bad, but felt the need to do so in this case. On a saturday I dropped off my Havanese for typical grooming. I dropped her off at 9am and noticed the groomer/​owner was not in the best mood. By noon, I called to get a status and was told she would not be ready till 1:30. That is 4.5 hours total– which is way too long for a dog to be trapped! When I got her home, she seemed fine, just happy to be home and to play. Later on when petting her, I felt something under her front leg. Sharp cut marks that look like the doggie clippers in two spots with dried up blood. If they were upfront, I would be upset but would understand and move on. What concerns me most is that they likely tried covering it up by letting the blood dry and keeping her there longer. NEVER AGAIN– STAY AWAY!!!
