If you have a choice, DO NOT use these people! I had a boiler installed 8 weeks ago. Five days ago my boiler stopped working. I called. They told me to reset it. It did not work. I called again. They sent someone out and it still did not work. Service workers have been to my house FOUR TIMES! My house did not have heat while it was –7 degress outside and NO ONE offered us space heaters. Now, I am at day FIVE of no heat. A pipe in my kitchen now burst because of the freezing temperatures and the cold house. In the 10+ years that I have lived in my house I have NEVER had a pipe burst. My family was freezing so we had to vacate the house. While I have asked for a new system, they are dragging their feet on installing a new system. This company is HORRIBLE!!!

We had an issue with our ac/heating, I called one company and they came out and wanted to charge us over $ 1200 for a control board on our furnace We said we would rather in vest in a new system than pay that so we made appt with this organisation to have a rep come out, in the meantime I thought we should get another opinion. I called Viglione and they sent over Steve! What a great guy! He took one look at the furnace and said I don’t think you need a new furnace! He sent out the one of his technicians Dominic. Dominic took his time and resolved the issue in about ½ hr and charged us less than $ 200. We were thrilled! Viglione has earned a lifetime customer

Viglione and co has been around for decades now and barely needs a review here. Just ask around and I guarantee you that you know someone who has used them in the past. My husband and I had AC installed by these guys and they did a fantastic job. Our house was somewhat difficult to get it installed, but Mr. Viglione figured out an efficient, affordable way it could be done. Another company we contacted wouldn’t even bother giving us a quote because they said it couldn’t be done due to the layout of our house! Kevin and Mateo who did the installation were very competent and thorough in answering any questions we had during the process. At the end of the day, they never left a mess and aside from the installation steps, you’d never know they had been there. Prices were reasonable considering the job, and overall we couldn’t be happier.

I can’t comment on the work they do, because I’m sure it’s fine, but the people who work in the office are the crabbiest, least helpful a-holes in the world. When you give someone a service window of «between 1 and 5» and tell them to call on the morning of said service for a better idea, how about you try not to sound like I’m asking you the most unreasonable thing ever. Make a tiny effort to keep the hatred out of your voice. Most importantly, DON’T HANG UP ON YOUR CUSTOMERS. I would think that wouldn’t need to be said, but with these clowns, it does. Proceed with caution.
