I want to start saying that I usually love shopping here but on an recent shopping trip there, the customer service was horrible. I was there shopping with my mother and I was standing in line to pay. When it was my turn and I approached the counter, the cashier refused to acknowledge me and continued to look down the line. She asked another customer who was behind me if she was next. I was confused and asked if there was a problem. The cashier looked at me and accused me of cutting the line. I was standing in line for 10 minutes. Other customers and Carter’s associates saw me. I was appalled by the unprofessional behavior and rudeness. When the customer behind me agreed that I was next, she just started to ring me up. An apology was not provided. She also continued to have an attitude, not answering questions that I asked regarding coupons. After she finished, she put the bag of items I bought on the counter and just walked away. She didn’t even hand me the receipt. I usually do not complain about these things as I understand that retail/customer service is a hard industry; but I am so disappointed in the level of customer service at this store. Her behavior and accusation was rude and uncalled for. I have been shopping there ever since my daughter was born in 2013 and would love to continue to shop there however, I do not want to be subjected to this kind of treatment again.

Large selection of baby and kids clothes at cheap prices. You can get a full outfit in season for just $ 6! Good place to get baby and kids gifts. Their clothes are very durable and true to size; plus, they don’t shrink. The staff is always really friendly and helpful and their return policy is awesome. Make sure to check out the clearance selection — you can get stuff for as little as $ 1.99. They also have a little table in the middle of the store where kids can sit and play while mommy shops.
