Specializing in mostly vegan (although we do have cage free eggs, cheese, antibiotic free chicken, tuna, shrimp and lobster salad for our non-​vegan friends), raw and organic delicious natural foods; fresh squeezed organic juices and amazing organic smoothies, soups, salads, wraps and baked goods. Gluten-​free options available.

Market offers organic produce, non-​GMO foods, superfoods, some supplements and green body/​household products.

History

Established in 2012.

Simply Sublime was born July of 2012 from a desire to bring health and happiness to East Hampton. In the over-​stimulated, over-​processed world we often live in, it is easy to forget what feels good, what nurtures the body and feeds the soul.

Our intention is to inspire a movement toward more whole, nutritious foods, that bring energy and awareness to the body. From fresh squeezed juices with active enzymes and healing dishes that bring comfort, Simply Sublime is committed to serving foods that entice the taste buds and tickle the soul in a warm, hospitable environment where the doors are open to all. Serving East Hampton’s dietary requirements year round.

I am a vegan male and always search for vegan friendly eateries when I’m working in different towns. I was in the area and thought I would give this place a try. As I pulled up I noticed that the place was small and parking was trouble, but I quickly found a spot and went in. The Place has a nice feel to it and the staff was welcoming. Very beautiful women running the show. I ordered the Southwestern wrap and also picked up a bag of Food fitness granola with a bottled water. $ 29 later I was a little taken back. Once I opened the wrap I noticed it was tremendous. Enough for two to be honest. It may have been the best tasting wrap I’ve had since going vegan five years ago. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large enough wallet to handle it.

Pretty good but the girls who work there are not good with the public. They’re not friendly or accommodating. They close up the kitchen too early before closing and the place closes too early, in general. The food and juices are good though, if you don’t mind the attitude at the counter.

I think this place saved my life…
After a crazy Fourth of July weekend in my hungover stupor on Monday morning heading back west i halted to a stop when I saw the sign on the side of the road. I waltzed in and was amazed with the selection of groceries that made me feel like I was in a fusion between a farm market and a high end urban store.
Since I was starving and parched I had no problem spending a little extra cash on my major meal of the day. I ordered a breakfast burrito and a chocolate coffee banana smoothie and boy oh boy let me tell you — it rocked my socks off. I mean i literally lost my imaginary socks.
Thank you Simply Sublime for being a health foods oasis in the woods.
Great place to splurge if you’re on vacation looking to take care of yourself.

This place is a gem. The smoothies are sensational (better than mary’s marvelous and prices are very reasonable). Great soups and burritos. The staff is super friendly. Their simply sublime coffee is really good too (coffee with cardamon and other spices). Highly recommend it.

The juices are deliciously fresh, the smoothies are incredibly creative, and the service is great!

I love Simply Sublime. I am hooked on their juices. I love the Dr. Oz, Beets Me and I drink a quart or two of their master cleanse every day I am in East Hampton pretty much. It is delicious. They have a great daily juice cleanse option as well that you can order in advance and pick up daily. The staff is lovely and very kind. The owners are on site and lovely as well. I would be so sad if they ever weren’t there as I simply love this place. no pun intended :-)

Stopped here for an early lunch and found great options, but with the advice of the friendly women behind the counter we settled on the burrito bowl. It was delicious and very fresh. I also got a cup of the house signature blend coffee which was amazingly spiced.
Next time I’m coming for breakfast, as they have a lot of unique items that almost made me order second breakfast. Although I want to keep this place to myself, it doesn’t seem fair to deny the rest of the world such a delicious experience. I would highly recommend this as a stop, the prices are reasonable and the value is excellent. Come here if you like more unique «foodie» items (although there are «plainer» options for those who like simpler fare), juices, smoothies, coffee, or just need a fresh, healthy (also unhealthier options available if that’s your craving) meal or beverage.
Just go. And eat. And drink. That’s really all you need to know.

Great little store last year!
This year its lost the vibe and quality of prepared foods has sunk.
A lot of gluten free items, with chemicals in them on the shelves. Just because its gluten free does not make it healthy. Maltodextrin is a bad chemical and should not be ingested. Causes cancer.
Acai Bowl is like a very thin smoothie, drink it with a straw, as a spoon doesn’t work, until you get to the granola which consumes half of the drinking cup! acai bowl needs to be served thick and in a bowl, should be consistency of ice cream. The healthy alternative this one is NOT!!! Not a liquid watery drink with a cup of cheap granola in it.
Sorry, this place has gone down hill, and is not a health conscious store.

This place was my go to when I spent the summer in the Hamptons! I lived off their smoothie «The Bomb» and the vegan gluten free cupcakes are amazing! The staff is so friendly, and the shop is very cozy inside. Best place to eat healthy in the Hamptons!

Simply Sublime ROCKS. As of this writing it is the only place in East Hampton where you can get truly healthy food, killer smoothies, and fresh pressed juices. I get the pineapple, spinach and kale smoothie all the time — I believe its called the Mr. Green. It makes me feel great and its the perfect drink after some yoga.
Their vegan gluten free cupcakes are delicious as are all of their other food offerings. I’ve never had anything there that I didn’t like, and the girls behind the counter are knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t drink coffee anymore, but all my friends rave that this is the best coffee in East Hampton. Don’t miss this place if you’re in search of happy healthy peaceful food!!!

Great healthy food! Really friendly staff! Great coffee. I have had almost everything on the menu all delicious! Awesome Gluten Free options. Everything from food-​food to cupcakes and brownies that are GF (that actually taste good) Smoothies are also really good! Fruit ones and vegetable ones! Not any more expensive that anything else in the Hamptons!
