A member of the American Institute of Architects, a licensed and insured General Contractor and an Estate Management professional, John Savage has 32 years of experience delivering professional service to each client. The philosophy of the firm is to build an ongoing relationship of trust through quality and performance.
History
Established in 2002.
To address the increasing demand to simplify the process of designing, constructing, furnishing and maintaining a home, I was led to develop a family of complementary, comprehensive — and continuing — services which allows a client to maintain a single relationship with a professional to meet their needs throughout the lifecycle of ownership. My goal is to build a relationship of understanding, quality service, and trust with my client so the goals established at the conception of a project are achieved throughout the process — and beyond. This complementary family of services allows me to expand the range of services I offer, beyond architecture, and to consolidate my broad design experience to seamlessly meet the unique needs of residential clients who build, renovate, furnish and maintain homes in the Hamptons and who wish to place their trust in a professional who understands their lifestyle.

During the first 20 years of my career, which began in 1980, I provided Architecture, Interior Design and Project Management services to leading New York investment banks and law firms including Goldman Sachs, Salomon Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Sullivan & Cromwell, Cravath Swaine & Moore, Dewey & Laboeuf as well as Estee Lauder, Pepsico and other leaders in their industries. At Sullivan & Cromwell, I served as both Director of Design & Construction as well as Director of Office Services. Responsible for the firm’s Purchasing, Security, Dining Services, Transportation, and Maintenance, I developed the skills which are now applied to the full range of comprehensive services I am able to provide. My construction experience as Project Director and Director of Quality Control at AJ Contracting focused on improving construction means and methods for Special Projects, ensuring each project was completed with the highest quality construction and delivered within budget and on schedule.
