I can’t say enough about Fireplace’s professionalism through the whole repair process. Having never had an accident, it was great to deal with experienced people who work with the insurance companies and part suppliers every day.
Once we were through the adjustment process, they got the parts in a jiffy and did the job quickly and perfectly.
No matter who answered the phone, they all took personal interest in my job. Jenna, Lilly and Hong were all fantastic.

There is no better place to get body work done on your car. Period. In a time when good customer service AND doing what is in the best interest of the customer are increasingly rare, Fireplace Auto demonstrates that there are still good people and businesses out there.
I was hit by a Lindy’s Taxi cab in Montauk and dealing with their insurance company (American Transit) turned out to be a nightmare. The staff at Fireplace Auto were diligent in negotiating with the insurance company over several months to get the money I deserved so that they could repair the damages with little cost to me.
The staff are friendly, honest, and fair and were a real pleasure to work with. They made my car (which had thousands of dollars worth of damages) look brand new again. I live in New York City and would consider bringing my car back to East Hampton if I ever need body work done in the future. They are THAT good. I could not be happier with the service I received.

Had collision repair done here recently. They were nearly able to match the estimate I got near my home in the Boston area, which I was frankly surprised by since I expected much higher labor rates. It did take a few days longer than it would have at home but I had flexibility so it wasn’t a problem for me. They communicated with me throughout the process, and I got a follow up call this morning just to check in which I appreciated.
