We exclusively use The Parking Spot facilities at all of the NYC airports. The facility at LaGuardia wins the contest hands down. It is remarkably efficient. This place should serve as a model for the others in the NY Metro area.

Easy to reserve, very professional and friendly staff, fast service at the desk, fast service for pickup at the airport and enjoying that they bring the luggage out to the car while we are checking out

For what it is, I’d say they were well above average. Making the reservation online was easy enough, make sure you sign up for theSpotClub for discounts and free reservations (and if you’re flying JetBlue, link your TrueBlue account with your theSpotClub account for extra TrueBlue points!). This particular location was easy to find and a lot more pleasant than other airport parking companies that I’ve used. they actually let me put my car in park before they were handing me tickets and forms to sign. Wild, I know.
The shuttle to the airport left within minutes of us arriving and the entire process from arrival to being dropped off at our terminal took less than ten minutes. Upon our return they picked us up less than five minutes after I called them and our bags were in the car with complimentary bottles of water by the time we were done paying the bill. In the few minutes it took us to check out, I was baffled by the behavior of some customers and the girl who checked us out (I didn’t catch her name, but it was around 9pm on ¹²⁄₉) should be applauded for her patience. People need to realize that their inability to function or listen doesn’t mean the service was bad.
The staff was helpful, efficient, and friendly, and my car was kept in a safe gated lot. Prices were fair, we will definitely be using them in the future!

Most parking places are poorly run, extortionately priced, and wholly unpleasant, but we didn’t have a better way to get to LGA so I booked a place at The Parking Spot. Pleasant surprise number 1 was that they provide a coupon on their own website — no hunting the internet for a secret deal. Surprise number 2, there were no hassles, no fine print, no tricky maneuvers to increase the price. I paid exactly what the coupon said I would pay.
An honest business in 2015? That alone warrants 5 stars.
But the service was also pretty exceptional. We handed over our car, staff members unloaded the trunk and moved all of our luggage into the waiting shuttle, and we were driven to LGA without delay. From arriving at The Parking Spot, we and our bags were at the terminal check-​in desk in 11 minutes total.
The same thing happened on our return — we were picked up outside of Baggage Claim within 4 minutes of calling (and this was at midnight on a Friday). The driver carried all the luggage for us and immediately took us to the parking lot where our car was ready and waiting. Then (amazingly) the staff took all the luggage, packed the trunk of our car, gave us bottles of water for the ride home, and sent us on our way. The total time from placing the call at LGA to driving out of the parking facility was probably 15 minutes.
I rarely write Unilocal reviews, and I can’t believe I’m typing a review of an airport parking facility. But this business deserves a shout out.
(EDIT: I was curious about all of the low ratings. There seem to be quite a few people who agree that this place is wonderful, but still give it 3 – 4 stars. Not sure what that’s about. Then there are a few people who can’t accomplish basic tasks like getting through a parking gate and telling a bus driver where they are going. I don’t think those people can be helped by anyone. Unilocal needs to figure out a way to filter out reviews based on a lack of life skills.)

first of all, entrance is little weird. There is a ticket machine at the entrance it only says «parking members insert you card «, nothing else. so I was sure whether to press the button or not. found out hard way when I approach to gate and gate didnt open. I had to reserve and get a ticket.
I mistakenly told shuttle bus driver that I was going to american airlines, he dropped me off the american airlines terminal, then I ask him to take me us airways instead. he said he didn’t know where it was it. he advised me to talk with airport employees.
long story short, I had to fight my way to us airways terminal, fight with an airport employee and finally found a shuttle bus to usairways terminal.

Would definitely recommend parking here. The rate is affordable compared to other places and is certainly worth it. I didn’t feel nervous leaving my car behind because of how professional the staff was at this location. They were very organized and offered great services. The shuttle service they offer is very reliable, no matter what time of day. They are also just minutes away from the airport which is certainly a plus. Overall had a great experience and would definitely come back here again.

I traveled for the first time with a small child. And I want to say that the driver of the van Gonzalo was the nicest man ever! helping us break down the stroller loading the bags smiling the whole time! playing with the child and really going out of his way just to be a great positive person. It really made our experience so much better. Everything else about their service was pretty standard on time pick up, free cold waters on a hot day, but again the friendliness of that driver really made the trip wonderful and he happened to pick us up on the way back as well with that same smile a great way to return home.

I have now used this location two times and they are great. Service both times was fast and easy with minimal wait. They usually have some kind of coupon too, I saved 25% with AAA.

HIGHLY recommended rather than driving to the airport. Usually don’t have any problems. Always get coupons too!

you must make a reservation 24 hours ahead of time to use this parking spot garage. I pulled in and they made me drive through even though their manager confirmed they have space.
I have never heard of a required reservation for parking — I get it if they are full. I would suppose they made this policy because they can’t manage their spots. Won’t go back again

They were fast, clean, courteous, HONEST, efficient. Parking and getting on the shuttle took about 7 minutes total. Getting the shuttle back. took about 10 minutes you catch. upon arrival, we went 5 minute from drop off to driving away.

Everyone was nice, and there were a lot of nice touches that reeaally help after a long flight, or when frazzled and heading to your outbound flight.
Total cost for Thursday an-​Saturday night was about$ 75.

It is pretty easy really.
You will see The Parking Spot all over the country. Sign up for the Spot Club Exec card. You will get discounts and advanced reservations at no extra charge. On your profile page you earn reward points similar to hotels.
Upon arriving at this location, you are greeted by a valet who checks in your car and directs you to the shuttle. We were in and out in about 10 minutes.
When you return, just call their number when you are at baggage claim and a shuttle will come pick you up. They will direct you where you need to go to meet the driver. Your car is waiting to go all you have to do is settle the bill. They bring your luggage to the car.
It is more reasonably priced the other long term parking options at the airport.

Parked here for the first time for a week.
Overall it was generally a good experience until I checked my backseat and found a carton of cigarettes. While I can tell no one smoked while in my car, I am disappointed that I found them there and the potential for my kids to get a hold of them is frightening.
I called to complain and the supervisor called me back and explained to me how it happened (moving my car from lots). I guess I was expecting a bigger apology or some kind of make good that would make me want to use them again. Guess I’m not that important to them. They’ve lost my trust.

I got back from vacation to find my quarters stolen and a door of my center console broken. Obviously the thief was no cat burglar he did not even try to hide his crime. The missing change was one thing but the Vandalism was just uncalled for. I had to force the employees to call the manager when he was on his break. I got the feeling this was a common occurrence at the Parking Spot. After some prying the manager knocked 50% off my bill. I was surprised; if my employees damaged the customers cars and stole from them, I would have been quicker to make restitutions not just fill out a «claim form».

Please let me be concise this time… brilliant customer service… many vans… in and out for departure and arrival in mere minutes… a bit pricey compared to elsewhere in the country but cheap for LGA and they have an online coupon. Have it on your mobile phone or print it. There are multiple receptionists so when you and a few other customers get off the van, they process you quickly and get you on the road! Oh, ya, with free bottled water! CUSTOMER SERVICE BEYOND ANYTHING I HAVE EXPERIENCED ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
I have parked at LGA about five times. Amazed at the service and in/​out speed each time. Never saw a competitor van EVER. How long would I have been waiting for them? I don’t want to know!

We found this place on Unilocal while looking for alternatives to the outrageously expensive $ 39/​day parking at LGA. We were worried about parking here as a couple of reviews complained about damage to their cars. I have used this spot twice in the last year and I can say I had pleasant experiences both times.
The compound is fenced and not an open parking lot, if that makes you feel any safer. The shuttle to the airport takes about 10 min and is available every 30 min (or 15, not sure). Show the discount coupon on your mobile or get a printout.

Pain-​free parking experience for a week for a very reasonable approx. $ 20/​day w/​online coupon. Secure, prompt 24 hour service, convenient to the airport, and even the nice touch of having a free bottle of water as you exit the facility. I’ll be using this service again. Tip: I saved time by using
to compare competitor’s services and availability and chose The Parking Spot. Glad I did.

Off-​site airport parking.
After getting punched in the face for $ 120 over at Laguardia, I thought there had to be a better way — and found The Parking Spot valet parking.
Located a few blocks from the airport, it couldn’t be simpler to use. Make an online reservation, show up, drop the car get on shuttle bus and you are at your departure gate a few minutes later.
Once landed, you call them with your claim number, go out and find a shuttle and head back to their lot. At the lot, their man should have your car ready to roll (mine had the AC already on in 98 degree weather) and they will also take your bags for you to the car. Pay your fee and you are on the road in a flash.
Seriously simple and the only thing I would change is the pick up side of things– you have to keep your eye out for the driver because it is always a cluster fuck at LGA when picking up customers– be ready to hoof it to him otherwise you may miss the proverbial bus.
Definitely a good deal in terms of cost — I would use them again.
