I haven’t been coming here for long. It’s a shame that this location is doing so poorly on Unilocal considering that it’s conveniently close by to me and also because there are probably a few great employees there. However definitely doesn’t compensate for how unprofessional and immature one male receptionist was to me. Granted I arrived rushing from work 20 minutes before they closed, doesn’t excuse him from asking me if I needed to do a urine test for drugs, looking for my paperwork for 2 seconds giving up than disappearing while I call for more information on the paperwork that was faxed there.
I left before they closed not being helped and not fulfilling my doctors orders that unfortunately relied on this man doing his job. Maybe he was having a bad day, or annoyed that I came in 20 before close. However, when you’re dealing with people’s health. Suck it up and leave the attitude at home. Definitely looking for a more professional establishment.

The receptionist has a very thick spanish accent that I COULD NOT COMPREHEND! I had to ask her 3 times for the instructions and every time she gave me this mean glare. I was so frustrated because when I came in a few days later, she said this is all wrong and we do not accept these types of paperwork. What!!! It was her fault for not explaining the instructions. I reccomend to find another diagnostics place because this one is just horrible!

If I could give negative stars this location would receive 5. Worst, most unprofessional Quest location I’ve had the misfortune of going to. Their hours are listed as 7am to 12pm on Saturday. My husband & I arrived at 6:55am & rang the buzzer. No response. Ok, it wasn’t quite 7am so we waited until 7am. No go, still no answer. Finally, at 7:30 a woman & her very young daughter arrived. I asked if she worked at Quest & she grunted yes & gave us a very hostile glare. We followed her down the hallway towards the office where the was another young woman waiting outside the door. We all went into the office & the woman who was waiting outside the office asked me to sign in. I asked her if the the other woman was the phlebotomist & she said we both are. I then said I would like you to do it. She said ok. The nasty woman then called my name & I gave her my paper work & insurance card. At this point her cell phone rang & she directed her daughter to answer it. she stopped processing my paper work to direct the child how to answer the phone. Finally I was directed to the room where blood would be drawn. I indicated that I was not good with blood draws and the very unfriendly woman at the desk did not help my anxiety. She replied by saying «I’m the one drawing your blood». I said that I understood that & then inquired as to what time the office was meant to be open & she said «7am.» No apology at all. She said she understood my frustration but it wasn’t their fault. She & her co-​worker were called the night before. Again, no apology, only excuses. At this point we were in the process of the blood draw when the nasty woman came in the room & started speaking to woman taking my blood. She didn’t respond to her so the woman kept speaking to her. Finally they had an exchange. I closed my eyes at this point as I am very phobic about needles. I opened my eyes to see that the nasty woman brought in another victim to have there blood drawn. Then in walked her little girl with two filthy dolls that were placed on the counter where the alcohol swipes & blood vials are laying! What the!!! How in the world is this acceptable?!! Avoid this location at ALL costs! There are Quest locations all over the place! Sorry for the extreme length of this post but you need to be warned!

I agree with some of the comments about the guy who works in front desk. I have no choice choosing this location because of location and parking. Ugh! The guy so rude and made me come back second time coz i haven’t done yet with other paper work. His job is super easy, he needs to relaxxx. Maybe the pay is low thats why he looks like hate his life.

The guy working at the reception hates his life and obviously doesn’t want to be there. Didn’t even bother greeting or show any concern when giving instructions. Just nasty, will not be coming back to this location!

Great experience

Worst experience ever! Horrible Saturday receptionist. She refused to help and didn’t look for paperwork that was faxed the day before. When I said I was donating bone marrow to young child she still did nothing and literally pointed to fax machine. She was not nice and could not be bothered with me. Such a terrible experience.

I’m giving it 1 star just because they got the job done of giving me a drug test but other than that. This place needs to hire better employees because they are rude and I don’t know how to communicate with customers. They look at you with a ugly face and greet you like «Hello what do you want?» They can easily run into the wrong person one day and it will get ugly. So I recommend that you are better off going to another location.
The guy at the front desk is always on his phone and had jeans with his pants sagging. Where is the professionalism? Smh

The most horrible place on earth, every time we have to go to that place is an stressing experience.
You get treated like an animal by the employees of that lab (slaughter house), they are so miserable with their jobs and take it out on your arm.
I will advise my doctor and insurance company not to send patients there anymore.
My wife was there today and again her arm is totally destroyed, enough !!!

Horrible staff. Extremely rude. Came here a year ago and was greeted by the rudest receptionist. The guy would not give me instructions and got mad when I asked for help. Unfortunately, had to come back this week and the same rude guy was here and gave me the ugliest face when I asked for help. Go somewhere else if you can. VERY RUDE STAFF.

I was redirected to the office from Lab Corp and arrived in a panic (and without an appointment) at 11:15 on a Saturday morning. The receptionist was curt at first, directing me to sign in and sit down; however, he called me back up within ten minutes. After entering my information with a friendly manner, he quickly directed me to a room, and I was on my way to pizza lunch within a half hour of entering the building. Given that Saturdays are quite busy, their efficient treatment was much appreciated!
