This is exactly what went down. I walk in. I ask someone for help. He calls someone to ask about pedometer location. He then accompanies me to the spot and shows me the only one they have. I then buy that pedometer, and then get a modell’s point card. It was easy and simple. I think I spent at least 5 minutes in the entire store. The manager was really friendly and not in a rush unlike all of New York City these days. You could tell he is mindful of his customers and makes everyone feel comfortable. I had tons of fun here.

They have very few selections of women shoes but other than that they have quite a few selections of woman’s gym gears and outfit. Customer service is good just think this store seems a little dead.

Not a good Modell’s.
Customer service is fine, the place is clean, and the items are well organized.
The problem is they have a terrible selection.
It should stop pretending to be a sporting goods store and just consider itself a a sweatpants and t-​shirt store. The Bay Ridge, Brooklyn store and the Astoria store have a much better selection.

I always forget that I have a Modells really close to me. Whenever I think Modells I think of the queens center mall but there is really one right in my «backyard».I went to get some weights for my freeweight bars and realized how small this store actually is. they really need a basement to hold more goodies. great selection. I also found shoes here in my size which is very difficult.

Aside from all types of sports equipment, Modell’s has all your fashion requirements to persuade others that you are a genuine sorts fan. In case the locker room hat is insufficient to express your love for the Giants, or any team for that matter, get one of the hooded sweatshirt. If both cannot disguise the fact that you have previously doubted a victory by the Giants or any other home team, spring for one of the jackets. Now that you have the full armor of the sports fan, you’ll feel better about yourself.
