Yes, our tax dollars at work. Probably the only useful thing to come out of the Golden Triangle debacle, though the town has done as much as it can to make the place a pain in the rear. They shafted the Downtown commuters in favor of the NJ Transit group – they have waited outside for years but, with the construction of the incredibly unnecessary Super WalMart, they moved inside – and the place needs a cleaning (I see garbage in the parking area for a week or two before someone comes by to clean). Security is also a bit of a joke with the lone security guard riding up and down the elevator and simply leaning out to touch the sensor that tracks his movement instead of actually walking the floor.
I didn’t give this place one star because it’s cheap – $ 30/​month for EB residents – but, like most of the town and the rot they’ve encouraged on Route 18, there’s enough signs of neglect to make me wonder how long it will be a good value.
