So spur the moment, I decided to come here instead of my usual spot to get my armpits waxed. Biggest mistake EVER! The wax was really hot, but I have a high tolerance for pain, so I didn’t think too much of it at the time. The next day, to my shock, my armpits had been burned/​darkened! Now I’m really upset, bc the reason I get waxed is to avoid and improve the hyperpigmentation that I already have/​had. Now it’s back to square one. Something should have gone off in my head the moment she dropped the waxing paper and still used it on my skin. The sad part is that she was really nice, but the quality of the work just didn’t match. I wouldn’t recommend you go here for waxing.

Victoria Nails is a nice place and very clean. I have been going to them for the past 6 months and it only took one incident for me not to return. Marina has been the only one that I allowed to do my nails. This day I had gotten my regular filling with gel, as she was done I noticed that my gel was dull. I just thought it was the lighten from the shop but once I went outside it had the same look. It’s not like I had gotten Matte Gel Polish for it to have that look. I went back in to get my nails fixed, Marina was with another customer and I couldn’t wait so I asked the manager if someone else could do me. He told me yes and a guy corrected my nails. Marina was a little upset that I had the guy fix my nails, but I just paid $ 32 for a filling with gel and tipped her $ 5. So I just gave the business $ 37 and you want to have an attitude because I want my nails fixed… you can’t be serious! This place is always way toooooo pricey… they charge so much because I guess the rent they have to pay in the Mall. I found a way cheaper and better place, that won’t mind fixing a finger or two.

The customer service when you first walk in is ok. To many empty chairs with too many nail technicians either reading or doing nothing. I went for the manicure and pedicure spa massage and I was highly disappointed. They did a good job to my wife nails. But like I said to them I was highly disappointed that unless your a gay man or woman they wouldn’t massage you or give you the service your looking for. It’s clean but worthless
