Project Eats Farm Stand

Wanna make a mean organic salad? This is your spot! They have fresh organic and local veggies, flowers, fruits and herbs. I’m so excited this stand is here! I used to trek to the Eastchester CSA or Fairway to get local and organic seasonal produce, but this is amazing and their produce isn’t at ridiculous Whole Foods prices! I got a couple of things. I never tried garlic scape before, apparently it’s the top of the garlic and just as delicious and nutritious without the peeling! And those black mullberries were super sweet! This place is incredible, super nice people and a small but nice selection. They said they’ll be bringing in more tents and more variety next week, that’s when I’ll give them 5 stars. Love it!
