Best pizza in the area! It took us years to find a place to we loved, but now we’re hooked!

Ordered a pizza, salad and chicken wings last night. I was far from impressed. The wings were extra greasy, the pizza barely had sauce or cheese on it. The buffalo chicken salad was very small and the chicken was sliced into weird small quarter shaped pieces, plus it came with Greek dressing?! I was excited to try this place because of its great reviews… I don’t think I’ll be back. Yuck! I do have to say that the staff was nice :)

This place used to be great and spot on in regards to quality, service, consistency and flavors and always got your order right. The owners sold about a year to year an half ago and the new owners have really let standards slide and don’t meet the standards that were set and maintained in the past.

Once again order for my family they read the order back to me and somehow they still manage to screw something up. Ordered a antipasto salad with olives got lettuce and that was it. They actually read it of to us when the charge dis too. I wasn’t going to bitch but this is the third screw up in the last 3 times we’ve been there.

Date of service: Oct 31, 2014 Meal: Dinner, take out All Ratings out of 10: Quality of food: 6 Food to Spend Value: 7 Quality of Service: 6 Overall Rating: 6 There seem to be a lot of Greek style pizza and sub places south of Boston. One that is convenient for me when visiting in East Bridgewater is Nick & Angelo’s. I have been a few times, and it is consistent and good, but I would not consider it amazing. Still, if you are looking for a sub, calzone, or pizza, they are not a bad choice. This time I ordered a meat calzone and some buffalo chicken tenders. The meat calzone was flavorful but not super packed(you can see the air pockets from one of my photos). The chicken was pretty tasty as well but again not amazing. I was definitely full and enjoyed my food, but I have had much better calzones. Nick’s is known for both its pizza and subs. Though I had neither on this particular visit, I have had both on previous visits. The pizza again is decent but not exceptional. I had a veal parmesan sandwich that was pretty good but again not exceptional(and was annoyed that I couldn’t get ricotta cheese on it like many of the Italian pizza and sub spots). Everything is always well prepared and very consistent. The service is pretty good, and there is a decent amount of seating if you choose to eat in. They don’t deliver so you need to pick up to go orders, and their business tends to be dominated by take out. The prices are pretty much on par with other places serving similar stuff, and the portions are a good size. I enjoy Nick’s when I have it, and it is quite convenient when I am visiting family, but it is not amazing. They are consistent though, and I have never had a bad experience.

I don’t really get why this place has such a high rating on here. The pizza is decent if you like Greek pizza, but depending on who’s working it can come with WAY too much sauce on it. The subs are are hit or miss as well, for example the Italian subs here are amazing, however the steak and cheese subs are made with subpar steak in my opinion. Don’t get me wrong, this place is a decent pizza shop… But if it wasn’t right down the street from my place I wouldn’t miss it. It’s a convenient quick bite if you’re close, nothing more.

I ADORE Nick and Angelos. I always have, always will. The staff is what makes it. Food is great, but the staff is always helpful and happy. From a self proclaimed«regular» viewpoint they even chitchat and remember what you said the last time you were in. Would highly recommend! I think I have tried almost everything on the menu at least once. Would recommend to them a debit or ATM machine. Also delivery would help. Just a suggestion… Other than that WONDERFULFOOD and SERVICE! Thank you.

Please keep in mind that I will always choose Italian-style pizza over Greek. ALWAYS. But, it gets harder and harder to find Italian pizza outside of the chains, so Greek is is. And N&A is among the best I’ve ever had! Quick, friendly service and a clean, bright shop. The pie was well-formed and cooked well, which is definitely due in part to pie pans. So happy the pizza place closest to me is so good, I won’t hesitate to order! Now if only they’d deliver for those nights I have no interest in leaving my house…

Nick and Angelo’s has some of the best take out food you can get in the East Bridgewater area. I love their subs and salads. The workers are all pretty nice and easy going. The only downfall to this place is the fact they don’t deliver.

Obsessed. The Greek salads are fantastic, they have the most authentic homemade dressing and the pita bread is SO fresh, I’ve never had better. My new office is right around the corner, so we’re here all the time! P. S. the meatballs and veal cutlet are excellent too!

Grew up right down the road and have eaten here more times than I could try to remember. #1 Pizza Place in the world in my eyes, but to most Nick’s is probably just an above average sub shop. The Greek salad, especially the dressing, is just flat out amazing, I’ve never had better. Cold Italian subs with everything are also incredible. The pizza is just okay, but never bad. Calzone’s too… this was my childhood pizza place/sub shop and I will love it forever.

Grew up a mile or so down the road from Nick & Angelo’s. I remember when it was an ice cream place called Cranberry Cove and, before that, just an empty lot or a stand of trees. In fact, I remember when Nick & Angelo first bought the place and our having to tell them how to make our ice cream sundaes when they tried to keep on selling ice cream. Hands down, N&A have THE best Greek pizza I have had anywhere. I’ve since moved away, down to Southeastern MA near the RI border and have spent the past 18 years trying to find a pizza that even comes CLOSE to Nick & Angelo’s. Have found a few contenders but they miss by a MILE. I get N&A pizza whenever I am up that way visiting family. Great food, great staff!

Good… just good. Their pizza is nothing to ride home about, but check out their calzones. The buffalo chicken calzone is very nice and I would highly recommend it. Actually, their pizza isn’t half bad, considering I had a semi-blah experience with them several years ago, but recently went back a few months ago. They DONOT accept debit cards/credit cards, so be prepared with cash.

They have a large selection of food and are good for quick, yummy, guilty-pleasure food like pizza, chicken fingers, buffalo wings, subs and even Greek desserts/cookies/chips. They have a liquor license too for those of you interested. Eat in or take out. Usually get you your take out within 10 – 15 minutes of ordering. Only thing I wish is that they delivered. Yes– I’m that lazy that I don’t like driving 5 minutes down the street for it! Their staff is sooooooo nice. My car broke down and they let me use the phone and everything.
