Management is Awful. Every one of them has an attitude problem and are just lazy. The simplest things like notices are either forgotten or late. Billing is terrible they double and triple bill you for things that are already paid. The sad part is it seems to be getting worse and they promote the problem people to management. The views of Boston are stunning and some of the neighbors are pretty nice. I have lived there for a long time, but am thinking it is time for a change. I cannot get over the poor management. Construction of the units seemed like they were in a rush and many things are lacking. Even when they attempt to repair something nothing ever gets done correctly.

I lived in Maverick Landing from July of 08 until July of 09, it was a really nice place. Very new construction, great appliances, included a washer/dryer and TONS of closet space(a rarity in Boston). However, this place is lacking in a few places: 1) Poor management. We had a window screen that was torn when we moved in and the security locks were missing on that window. As a result we had a break in. When I asked them to please fix the screen and the lock they informed me «that screen won’t prevent another break in.» Thanks for the attitude, that’s why I asked you to fix the lock too. 2) These apartments are nice, the area is so-so. Eastie is still«up and coming» and there are definitely some not-so-nice areas. These apartments are not affected by noise from the airport, but the surrounding streets are and that keeps property value down. Considering that, I think this place was over-priced. 3) Parking. Even with a resident sticker it’s impossible to find. Eastie overall is just secluded so maybe that’s why I didn’t stay. It was a nice apartment in a not-so-nice area and the management gave me attitude. Because some of my roommates stayed and I left, they did not give me back my security deposit, I had to chase down these new roommates for money! How unprofessional!
