I use this company for work because the price is right. They generally do a good job and clothes usually get returned in a timely manner. I have had incidents where we’ve put in a large order and they have forgotten to give me all of the clothes back. So once I get back to the office and inventory the items, I realize items are missing and have to go back. Not cool.
While the clothes generally come back smelling fresh and clean, sometimes that is not the case. Continental Dry Cleaning is fine and they’ve never ruined or lost an item in over 3 years so that is worth something!
