Business Owner

Mr. Fadel is the Managing Member of Willink Asset Management LLC. He has almost thirty years experience in public and private finance and planning.

Willink Asset Management LLC was formed in 2004 and is the successor firm to Frederick Raymond Fadel Advisors. It is one of few fee-​only investment and financial planning firms in Western New York.

In the 1980’s he served as the City of Buffalo Planning Director and Commissioner of Development. After two and one half years at the University at Buffalo’s Graduate School of Architecture and Planning, he was recruited to City Hall where he became a key player in the planning and financing of development projects on the Waterfront, Theater District, downtown (Hyatt Hotel, Fountain Plaza), Transit Mall, and the 1980’s restoration and reorganization of the historic Broadway Market.

He went on to establish a financial and real estate consulting practice in the early 1990’s and worked in the insurance and securities industries at several firm
