Carla is not only the kind of wedding planner who handles anything and everything like a superwoman, but she is also the kind of wedding planner who has a keen artistic sense. My husband and I are both musicians, so we are very particular about the kind of ambiance/​decoration for our wedding. On top of this, we were living in New York while the wedding was to take place in Buffalo, so most of the wedding planning was remotely done via Carla’s amazing work. Carla met up with me in New York to talk about the main ideas at the earlier stage of wedding planning. She then made booklets and info sheets and mailed it to us which detailed each category for the wedding. She really took care of my needs when it comes to looking for a vintage wedding dress, hair stylist, makeup artist etc. in Buffalo as she sent me many links to the vendors. She also drove several times to look for the perfect venue for us while we could not make it back to Buffalo.
When we arrived a few days before the wedding, there were some stressed out workers from our ceremony venue, flower vendors and reception venue. Carla handled everything calmly and professionally even when some of the workers were not being fair to her. On the day of the wedding, Carla and her wonderful assistant were like invisible superwomen who took care of things from taking care of our reception decoration, bouquets, boutonnieres, to making sure everything at the wedding goes smoothly (which it absolutely did!), to the last-​minute details about seating chart etc. that I was just too stressed out to complete. And all of our guests were very impressed with the particular style we wanted our wedding to be (a 1920’s Asian/​American vintage style). My husband and I feel that we could not have asked for a better wedding planner to make this amazing wedding happen! Truly, truly grateful. And highly recommended!

I knew exactly what I wanted for my wedding décor and flowers. I hired Carla to take my ideas and turn them into reality. She knew exactly where to go to find my mismatched finds and got my «Vintage» style right away. She took me flower shopping and flea market hunting for the perfect little vases and once I had everything I needed she produced the most beautiful flower arrangements and bouquets ever! I was so happy to see the results. Carla can get in your head and develop your wishes like no other. She didn’t waist any flowers, branches or vases, she mismatched my centerpieces with such detail but at the same time so naturally! It was everything I wanted and more. I just let her run with it I couldn’t have been happier with the results. She even suggested an idea for a whimsical hanging flag banner, then selected the fabrics for me to choose from and made it for me. It looked amazing hanging over the ceremony.

Carla was our designer, our flower guru, and wedding coordinator; we could not have asked for anything more. Over the months that we worked together, she got to know our style and really incorporated «us» into the look of the design. She worked with our budget to really give us the most most beautiful wedding ever.
The day of the wedding, I knew we were in safe hands, I never had to worry about anything because Carla was there to make sure things ran smoothly. It gave me such a peace of mind to know that her professionalism and tenderness made our special day even more spectacular. I will be forever grateful to her!

Carla is AMAZING! She was our Wedding Planner for the whole event. She began helping us plan 6 months in advance and was the very last person out the door after the reception. A few things to note:
1. Carla coordinated with all of our vendors and our site to design, plan, and coordinate all of décor, flowers, setup, etc.
2. She is a fantastic designer and creative thinker! She made the décor, designed and constructed a faux ceiling, helped select and then prepared and designed ALL of our flower arrangements, corsages, boutonnieres, table centerpieces, ceremony setting, YOU NAME IT, SHE DID IT! This alone saved us TONS of money, but also made SUCH a beautiful venue and experience.
3. The day-​of, Carla coordinated EVERYTHING from musicians, to photographer, to DJ, to Catering, to the wedding party!
I know I am leaving out several well-​deserved accolades, but all I can say is this… My wedding day was the best day of my life and we could never thank Carla enough for making it happen!

I used Costamagna Design for our 1920’s wedding and could not have been any happier with Carla’s outcome.
I was originally just going to use Carla for the flowers, but she took our theme and ran with it an I loved everything she suggested. She ended up designing our wedding chuppa from scratch and picking out the table clothes for both the cocktail hour and the reception.
The ceremony was absolutely, the chuppa was beautiful with hanging flowers and votive candles. Her cocktail arrangements were beautiful! The reception flowers were stunning. Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful the flowers were. I will attach photos to her Unilocal because I am probably not doing them justice. I was also sooo happy with my boquet, the brides-​maids boquets and all out the boutonierres.
I cannot recommend Carla enough!
