They do give military discount on there oil changes if you ask! So all you veterans and active duty take advantage of this!

When I was shopping for a new Honda, I did check this place out. They were totally fine to deal with (i.e. no nonsensical moves and they were pretty upfront). I ended up purchasing my car elsewhere because I simply got a better deal. Anyways, I needed an oil change the other day and prefer taking my car to Honda dealerships. I came here on a weekday morning and was absolutely shocked how busy the Service Center was.
They have the drive-​in Service Center where they check you in and then you get out of your car. They quoted me an hour and they were pretty good about keeping the quoted time. They don’t have much for a waiting room and it was packed, so I pretty much just stood and walked around.
Overall, it was a fine experience. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and pleasant. I’m not sure if they take appointments here for oil changes like some other Honda dealerships do. I’d have no problem coming back here again. If I was in the market for a new car, I’d also have no issues shopping here.

The service team was great. They do walk-​ins for oil changes. I arrived at 2:30pm and mentioned I needed to be home for the school bus and Michelle Wagner jumped into action. They did exactly what they said they would and got me out in time for the bus. Everyone was very nice. The entire dealership was very clean and they also had refreshments. The refreshments area was also very clean. Plenty of area to sit down and wait. Dealership prices are usually more expensive but here they check your car out thoroughly and keep record of everything. And here they provide great customer service too.

Service seems to be trying to push unnecessary repairs. I won’t say it is the entire staff, but seems like at least one female service person last name initial W pushing repairs that were not needed. Brought my wife’s van in to check about a sliding rear door not closing without manually pushing it closed. Charged $ 69 to take a look at it then got a call saying the guide bar was now all of a sudden not strong enough to hold the door so will charge $ 300 to get guide bar replaced. I said no not doing it and when I got the car back the door must have been greased or obstruction cleared as it has been working fine. She tried to scare me about the bar not strong enough. I will go to STS instead next time. I am only complaining about the experience with service and with this service person who seemed to be trying to get to a quota. Not sales, or other service people, etc.
Experience varies greatly depending on who you deal with.

Clinton Honda made our last car buying experience the easiest i’ve ever had. Dave and Steve worked fast to get us the trade in value of our car, and patiently waited and worked with my credit union to get all of the financials in order. They were friendly, professional, and not pushy which is really important to us as a family. We felt like we won the lottery with the car that purchased. When a very minor issue came up a couple weeks after purchasing the service department was awesome in helping us obtain an appointment and helped us get the problem resolved quickly. We will definitely purchase another car from them in the future.

Not impressed. Very happy with the car we got here, but hey… it’s a Honda, and (it was pre-​owned) we got our own trusted mechanic to check it out before purchase… so the end result of having a great car is just as we’d expect.
The process of getting it? Not so much.
I’d called ahead and expressed an interest in several specific vehicles that I’d located on their website, scheduled an appointment to come see them, and then showed up. When I arrived, they could barely locate the cars, took a long time to figure out that half of them weren’t even at the lot that they directed me to, and then the salesman made it seem like a chore to have to drive over to their other location to see the second vehicle.
Hoping to make a quick deal and get a better car than the one that my husband was checking out elsewhere, I let my salesman know that I’d be happy to make a purchase today and not get the other (elsewhere) car. He seemed in no hurry to work with me, and to have very little interest in selling me a car… in fact, told me that if nothing he showed me worked out, at least I had a backup at the other dealer. (What?!?) He did encourage me to drive it to my husband’s work so that I could see it that day, and was agreeable to letting me take it to my own mechanic in town to check it out before purchase, so he gets a few brownie points for that.
Upon deciding to get the car, I was told that the soonest available appointment they had for pickup was four days later. Odd, since every other dealer we’d gone to seemed to be able to promise that we could drive off the lot with a vehicle. Whatever… we scheduled the appointment for the end of the week, arrived where they told us to, and were met with blank stares. After a couple of calls, they finally realized that we were to have gone to their other location. Although our salesman and a finance guy (although we were paying in cash, in full…) were there and waiting for us, we waited quite a while before they actually called us back. When he did, no paperwork was actually ready, and the finance guy spent a great deal of time just looking for our file and printing out what seemed to be pretty standard forms for us to sign. Eventually, the salesman just disappeared. 90 minutes of hard sell extra protection plan (is the car that you’re selling me really that bad that you think it is so inadvisable to drive it off the lot without adding hundreds of dollars worth of extra warranties? He had no answer for that.), we walked out with our new car.
Twenty eight days later as my temporary registration was expiring and I hadn’t received my new one from the state, I called Clinton Honda to inquire about what to do. Turns out that they hadn’t actually filed my paperwork in the first place. I had to go back for an additional temporary registration until they got mine taken care of. We had to do that twice.
When my title never showed up after two months, I called Clinton Honda to find out what to do. I was told that they had tried to send it to us, but it was returned to them. They never tried to reach us, never called to let us know. They told us it would be ready for pickup at their front desk. After multiple attempts to pick it up, over several days, they were finally able to produce it for us.
Needless to say, we haven’t been back, and I don’t expect to anytime soon.

I called the Honda dealer nearest to my home, because I needed a battery for my car (it was dead). They offered me an appointment for 8 days later. I called Clinton Honda, and they told me to come in that day. They did the work quickly, and checked my car over as well. They even let me schedule it around my emergency dental appointment. I used to live closer to Clinton Honda, but even though I am farther away now, it’s worth the trip. They have always been accommodating, helpful, thorough, and efficient.

Highly recommend, i actually go out of my way to use this dealership. Friendly fast efficient service. Great waiting room, free wifi & drinks & nice tv

We have purchased 3 cars from Clinton Honda. We recently received an airbag recall for our 2004 Honda Pilot. I called a dealership that was closer to my house hoping to get a loaner car until the Pilot was fixed. I got the run around for over two weeks so I then called Clinton Honda and they took care of me, gave me a loaner car until the part came in and it only took them 2 hours to do the right thing — not 2 weeks. Great job Clinton Honda! The service staff is excellent and friendly.

Stopped by with my leased vehicle that was over in my allotted mileage, other dealers like (VIP honda, PE Hyundai) told me that I had to pay for it and I was pretty much stuck. Went in to clinton and Roman helped me with the overages along with the manager Alex and we worked on a deal and got me into a new vehicle. I’ve bought multiple cars and they didn’t bs me around and I appreciate that. There’s a reason their other customers gave them 5 stars and I see why.

I had a very positive shopping experience at Clinton Honda. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by the receptionists and were helped within a few minutes by Scott Dysart, who assisted us in getting a base model Civic to test drive. The route for the test drive was beautiful and provided a good mix of highway and country road driving. Scott answered any questions we had regarding the vehicle. We had a very enjoyable and fruitful negotiation with Scott and sales manager Alex Gelfand who was also very helpful in the process. The next day, I bought the Civic which was cleaned and prepped by the time all of the paperwork was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.

You have a new customer for life. Purchase experience a few months ago was stellar. I just had first regularly scheduled check-​up and oil change. Thank you for providing me with a loaner and for driving 45 miles each way to pick up and return my car after it was serviced. I like the thorough visual check service you provide at no charge very much. Makes me feel confident all is well with the car and that any potential problems will be caught early.

Great service department. Years ago they rescued my Accord after another Honda Dealership performed a pretty bad service job. I was back in the area and decided to take my vehicle there for some express service. They still rock. Keep up the great work Clinton Honda Service Department. Michelle was a doll!

I bought my last three cars here. There is always the haggling but they always came back with the best price. The mechanics and booking staff are outstanding. They always let you know what a repair is covered or not and the price so you can choose them or another service. If there’s a way to get it fixed on them they do.

I had a good experience with Honda Clinton. Bryan was great, helpful, professional. Their diagnostic results were right on and they are not trying to get you or anything. Highly revommended. The previous Honda dealer i went was very bad.

I walked in with the thoughts of not getting a Honda to replace my Acura (my boyfriend encouraged me to go there first before anywhere else). To appease him, I went. As soon as I sat done with my sales rep, Rachel, she asked what exactly I was looking for and within minutes presented a few choices that even surprised me! After our test drive, we sat down and talked business which was exactly what was in my head price wise. Everything went very smoothly and even the paperwork with Pat was painless.
