To conduct business in a way that is synergistic to our suppliers, our customers, their neighbors, and the environment where we work and live.

History

Established in 2011.

Though the DLM Contracting, Corp. of WNY was just established in September of 2011, all the partners have been involved in the construction industry since the late 1970’s. Our parents were in the industry, and our children are in the industry; it’s in our families culture.

We are also connected by a common need to achieve the highest quality standards in our work. Every task we do is as if our reputation depended on it. We may have equals in the contracting business, but nobody superior to us.

Business Owner

I was born and raised here in Williamsville. I have made a go of small business ownership with a farm fresh produce store before having kids, but gave it up to be a better mom.

My husband and I have been buying fixer-uper’s, rebuilding them and selling them at a profit long before the recent real estate boom and bust happened; we are not flipper’s, we are quality focused people enjoying investment and reward. I really liked that better than the produce store I had. So now I’m back in business since the kids have grown.
