Catherine Hall, the owner and originator of Value Home Inspection is one of the countries leaders in residential building services. Catherine — also known as the America’s «203k Queen» (google it and see) is also the Executive Director of the National Association of FHA Consultant and the author of two books — Major Purchase, Major Decision– the 7 Things to Know Before Hiring a Home Inspector, and Insights of a Successful 203k Consultant– How to Have or Run a Successful Renovation Project. She had over 24 years experience in residential housing and renovations and has trained hundreds of home inspectors around the county thru her training and coaching system –203k In a Box. She takes pride in her local company that started her off on this national reputation.
