«Fine Wines. Killer Tunes. Tasty Tapas.» So said the sign. But, really, it was none of the above when we were in. Only a few wines by glass and not many by the bottle either. Wine quality was in the«Proletariat» and«Acrobat» brands range. Nothing wrong with that for a «school night wine» but Fine Wine it is not.(OK. You’re right. Acrobat shouldn’t be on any respectable wine bar menu, let alone at $ 9 bucks a glass.) No Tunes at all except what we could hear maybe playing faintly from a radio in the kitchenette in back. TV with sports game on. And the menu of cheese plate or pesto bruschetta and a handful of other eats, including store bought hummus and veggies, does not Tapas make. Still, the tables(high perch sadly) were better than half full at happy hour with what seemed to be mostly local women in my general demographic range. So it worked for some it seems. Our server was cordial enough, if not«warm welcome newbie customer» style. Given she was out of the Happy Hour wine pour she subbed a Basel Cellars red, which worked for us! It was not quite a stampede to the door as soon as Happy Hour pricing ended, but it cleared out darned fast then and I thought it must be tough to pay the rent if this was a typical night. Not enough to interest us that we’d go again, although we were glad to have checked it out in our ongoing quest to find a second ‘meet up’ place for us and another couple who enjoy wine and conversation together as we like to do from time to time. That was just a month ago. I learned yesterday that Crush CLOSED at the end of 2015, just about a week ago. Based on our experience, I can’t say I’m surprised as it sure didn’t deliver on any of the advertised promises. But this location would be a good wine for a wine bar in Eagle it seems. Ample sized parking lot and all. If someone could come up with the right formula since the pickens are slim for wine fans in the area, I think it would do well. If I were two decades younger, I’d consider such an enterprise. But at this life stage, I just want to imbibe it not work at it. If anyone out there wants to open a truly good wine bar in this location(with standard height seating), I know four people who would be revenue generating customers as soon as the first bottle cork is popped.

I have not been here yet for WINE but a little bird told me a great musician(Manny) will be appearing here on 6−12−15 with Motown music and 6−19−15 with Beatles music. We plan to be there! We have heard him before with the Beatles tribute & it was fantastic.

Wife and I stopped here for some wine after an early meal at Bodacious Pig, a new restaurant for us. Kevin gave us a few tastes and we settled on an Italian red blend(bottled/distributed from Sonoma) and a Portuguese Sauv. Blanc. Both were very tasty. The place was almost empty owing to the early time of day I assume(ca. 6pm). Prices were fair and the pours were generous. We will be back.

We’ve seen Crush for months now since we are always at Brewforia and finally decided to drop in and check it out. The décor and mood was really cool and the music was kinda fun as well. They had a decent wine selection but many of the wines are the usual fare you see many other places. The price was reasonable, however the pour was weak which was a bummer since the wine we ordered was very good. Previous comments concerning the lack of attentive service seem to be accurate from our experience. Overall a cool little place that we might visit again, but still searching for a really good wine bar…

Was there for a wine tasting J Lohr. Customer service was terrible. Server was drinking wine and failed to ask if we wanted anything to eat or drink. Had to get out our seat several times for service. Had to get out of our seat to pay our bill. Server was more interested in drinking and socializing.

Just moved to the area and checked out Crush on a recommendation from my cousin. Let’s start with the fact that I am not a big wine drinker and I’m not much for wine bars. This place is my favorite local bar now. Amy and Kevin are knowledgeable on wine, but better than that they are FUN! I was in one Friday night and the entire bar was singing along with 80s tunes. It was a great night! If you haven’t been here yet you are missing out!

Stopped by with friends to see what the buzz was all about. Service was great and our server went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Their patio is superb! I will definitely be going back in the near future.

Crush is a great wine bar, so much fun and a fabulous atmosphere. The owners are so knowledgeable, and don’t hesitate to sit and chat with you about wine! I have been twice and the staff is so much fun. Excellent wine selection. Highly recommend Crush,(No KIDSALLOWED) So make sure you know before you make plans to go, for a child free night of wine, music and surprisingly good food at a wine bar! I can only compare Crush to my favorite wine bar in New York! Very nice atmosphere, They do it right!

Wine selection was okay. Service was mediocre. Wouldn’t really recommend.
