Complete Care Chiropractic and Massage

After you get through all the hubbub there is good care at this place. The front desk staff are wonderful and caring. The other staff overall are like used car dealers (not front desk or massage staff) when you first start. They are definitely trying to sell you the whole package of all the services they offer. Once you get through all that and say no thank you, the chiropractic care is good. Definitely get relief from the care there. I have had many massages and try to get one a month. I have had massage there with Crystal. She is professional, knows what she is doing and is a great massage therapist.

Huge fan of Dr. Kelty and the awesome staff! After many years of dealing with neck pain and migraines and seeing several Dr.‘s in the valley I can truly say Dr. Kelty has the «gift». He wanted to review my MRI of my neck before he adjusted it. After just 3 visits my neck is doing so much better.
I also have had some relief of my tailbone pain that I broke 14 years ago.

Incredibly disappointed in the service i received from Complete Care Chiropractic. I am someone who has been in numerous car accidents in my life and have had twenty years of Chiropractic care all over the country, and this place is not above average. I was treated by both Dr’s at this office and they are average in there techniques. My problem with them is i think there over priced for the 5 Min’s the spend with you. A friend had recommended them and i went to complete care for 8 months because i was to lazy to find another place to go. But the straw that broke the camels back was I left down for the winter and returned in April. I called for an appointment and they said that since my last visit hadn’t been since September that i would have to pay an additional $ 40 exam on top of the $ 45 treatment. Treating me as if i were a new client. (I find this policy to be a scam)
While i was out of town i continued treatment with a chiropractor and had no new injuries. They informed me that was just there policy. Well, there policy has now lost them my business for good!

I have suffered from Migraines for 2 years and have been to many chiropractors but Dr. Tornabene is a breath of fresh air. He actually listens to everything I say without interruptions. His adjustments work and I have only left there feeling better not worse. I have scheduled an adjustment and massage every Friday to try and correct my issue so I can stop taking all the Rx’s my PCP has given me and finally live again. I have received only one massage so far but Katie was amazing and worked out every knot I had as well as explained everything to me thoroughly.
My favorite thing, when you have pain, you need to get in NOW to get and adjustment not in 3 days to a week as most clinics-​his staff can always schedule me the exact day that I call in and they are wonderful and kind.
The waiting room, bathrooms, exam rooms, the entire place is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and incredibly CLEAN!
The front desk staff is thorough, pleasant to speak to and kind. They have a text service that sends you a reminder text so you don’t forget your appointments :)

After having an MRI for a leg issue, a local physician recommended I consider DMX imaging which was not offered by there «traditional» practice. There were two providers in the Portland, OR metro area one of whom would not do the leg area (in Beaverton). Thus, I called CCC and Dr. Gala called back within a day to personally speak with me. It turned out that I found another practice much closer but really appreciate him and his staff being so responsive to someone outside the area given the odds… people who live close are fortunate to have a good alternative option1
