At Undisputed Strength & Conditioning, we strive to build a community that shares a common bond, which is the pursuit of elite health and fitness. One way Undisputed is different than big box gyms, and even other microgyms, is our commitment to education. We know that you are bombarded with information every day, and it’s difficult to sort through what’s fact and what’s fiction. Here at Undisputed you’ll learn about the nutrition your body needs to be healthy and to fuel you with energy to live well. Paired with a top-​notch Cross-​Training experience, you’ll get the results you’ve always wanted.

History

Established in 2014.

Undisputed Strength and Conditioning was founded in 2014 as a CrossFit affiliate, under the name of Hellcat CrossFit. As of March 2016, we elected to resign our affiliation with CrossFit and to simply operate as Undisputed Strength and Conditioning.

Undisputed is also home of the Mash Mafia Weightlifting team founded by Travis Mash. Highlights of our program include:

2^nd Place — 2015 American Open Championships, Best Men’s Team in America

2015 — 56kg American Open Silver Medalist

2015 — Over 10 athletes qualified for National Level Meets

2014 — American Open Silver Medalist 62kg
