Eagan Pilates

Kim is an excellent teacher who helps to achieve great results. I worked with her for over a year to rehab after a car accident. I learned so much about my body– how I move it, my alignment and my set-​in patterns that were causing pain. She’s a fun person that has had years of experience, and she brings a holistic, open-​minded approach to pilates, as opposed to the dogmatic approach that can sometimes go with the territory. I’d highly recommend her.

Eagan Pilates is the best of the best in the Twin Cities. Kim is an amazing teacher who creates specialized classes for all walks of life. I have been taking classes with her for 6 years. She is, far and away, the most impressive Pilates instructor I have worked with. Pilates has especially helped relieve some chronic pain that I suffer due to repetitive use injuries (related to competitive gymnastics and diving in my youth). Kim is excellent at assessing bodies, their potential weaknesses and caters her class to each individuals’ needs. Recently, I have been working with her for prenatal Pilates classes, and she is wonderful. She has great modifications and equipment to help accommodate pregnant mamas of all shapes and sizes.
