RadioShack

This store is only a few years old. They used to be located down the street in another plaza. Ive been going to this radioshack for close to 20 years and over the times, I got to know some of the employees very well. Everybody has always been very helpful and quite knowledgeable. I’ll admit, there were a few times that I initially judged a couple of their employees on their knowledge, but now I can vouch that they can all hold their ground. And in the event that they don’t have an answer, usually the other person there will provide you with the help that you need. I especially like that they deal with all major cell phone providers. Best of all, RadioShack’s equipment prices and new contract incentives are usually better than what the phone provider themselves have to offer. My only complaint is that sometimes, this store can get a little backed up if somebody needs technical advice or something cell phone related, which could cause you to have to wait a little because there’s only usually 2 or 3 people working there.

Helpful staff that were friendly with a high degree of social aptitude as well as technical know how.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to tell the world of how awesome, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive every single employee of this particular radioshack was. I was genuinely impressed… they helped me resolve a serious problem!
