West and Woodall, Town, Lake and Country Properties is a full service real estate company, serving Hyco & Mayo Lakes, Roxboro and the entire Triangle real estate market. West and Woodall, Town, Lake and Country Properties strives to be ahead of the technology curve in the real estate industry to give our clients and agents the best tools to help in today and tomorrow’s real estate transactions.

Carolina Town, Lake and Country Properties was founded by Kirk West and Gibbs Baum and began doing business as West and Baum, Town, Lake and Country Properties in 2005. In March 2009, Bert Woodall became a partner of Carolina Town, Lake and Country Properties, and the company was renamed West and Woodall Town, Lake and Country Properties. In August of 2014 West and Woodall expanded their Triangle Real Estate Office to a renovated building at 1210 Cole Mill Road.

Business Owner

Bert, a North Carolina native, has resided in Durham since 1992 after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Bert is a member of the Durham Regional Association of REALTOR’s, member of Triangle Presbyterian Church, past president of the Durham Jaycees and an Eagle Scout. Bert lives in southwest Durham with his wife Lesley, son Caleb and daughter Ella.
