History

Established in 1999.

T & T Communication Services, Inc. was founded in 1999 in order to provide speech, language, and literacy services for children and adults with communication disorders, especially children with autism, Down syndrome, and severe disabilities. Founder Thomas L. Layton, Ph. D, CCC-​SLP, is an internationally and nationally renowned for his work with children who have language impairments, particularly in the areas of autism and Down syndrome. The business has expanded to include services for feeding, accent reduction, neurogenics, emergent literacy/​reading, and Chinese bilingualism.
