Wish I could say this was a pleasant experience. The customer service sucks! They are more concerned about money than anything else. As long as you pay on time everything is well. I get it’s a service I pay for but what don’t get is 1. No call is ever placed when my system is disconnected, 2. No courtesy follow up, 3. Had a personal emergency in my home and has to beg their monitoring center to call the necessary help before they asked a plethora of questions. It seemed like a decent deal, but I didn’t sign up for poor customer service and a f%^k the customer attitude when the need help or times get tough. Don’t sign-up, it’s worth paying for something else if you know that you’ll get the help and service you need from people not an automated machine. I’m only too sorry that I signed up! Wish I could save my money and leave them! I wouldn’t recommend them even if they paid me!!!
