Taste tested from coast to coast, we have yet to find someone who doesn’t say our pizza is the best they’ve ever had! Jim’s unique talent of combining flavors with fresh ingredients from local farmers make our pizza more than just a gut bomb, every bite is a party in your mouth.

Buffet vs. Personal Style

Because our oven temperature is 800 degrees, the cooking time per pizza is about 90 seconds. We can cook 6 to 9 pizzas at a time depending upon the size of the pie.

Buffet Style: This service is used for larger parties up to 300 people. We provide a variety of 14 inch pizzas served by the slice. We can also provide appetizers and salads, all made from scratch, to accompany your pizzas.

Personal Style: This service is used for selling at public events. One 9 inch pizza could feed two people, but as soon as you try our pies, I’m guessing you will order another one!

History

Established in 2014.

Both my wife Mollie and I come from the Corporate Aviation business catering to many well known and wealthy people. With that experience, we have learned to provide superb service, even in not so superb circumstances. With my passion for cooking and always having the entrepreneurial desire, and our 30 years combined customer service, we formed Pizza Addiction.

We bring our wood fire pizza trailer to your corporate, private or fundraising event. Our artisan gourmet pizza will wow your crowd and provide you and your guests with lasting memories!

Meet the Business Owner

Mollie and Jim P.

Business Owner

Having grown up in Durham and attended Duke, Mollie transitioned from a 23 year career as a Flight Attendant for both Midway Airlines and NetJets Aviation. Her attention to detail having served the über wealthy groomed her to start our own catering business and providing exceptional service.

Jim is a corporate pilot but his other passion is cooking. He has taken his family pizza recipes and kicked them up a notch resulting in unbelievable flavors. His creativity has expanded beyond just pizzas including appetizers, salads and deserts.
