History

Established in 2009.

Neo-Automotive initially started as a car wash/detail service to auto sales operations throughout the area. As word of mouth passed around in regards to our services, private clients persuaded the company to provide a mobile sideline service. Once the company saw the success of the mobile sideline; we decided to open the business to the public.

I got a friend a detail package here and they did an a really impressive job. Don was a huge help in getting us in even with our difficult scheduling, and Dennis was really friendly upon dropping off the vehicle (even pointing is to an IHOP close by for breakfast).
We pushed the detail back a week because of rain– Don wanted to make sure we had the results we wanted and that the shampooed seats had the ability to dry — this is great customer service.
The car was ready in just over an hour, sparkly & totally refreshed– they even put on a new set of hubcaps we brought for very little extra. These guys know what they are doing and are incredibly efficient– exactly what I wanted.
Quick tip: google maps has a hard time finding the address– they are located right behind «Prestige Economy Cars» so you pull into the back left of their lot first.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for this place, but unfortunately I’m just now getting to it. I had a living social deal for this place and wasn’t sure how it would turn out, but I’m happy with my choice.
The guys who worked there were friendly and I was able to sit inside and they gave me the password to their internet so I could surf the web on my tablet while waiting for my car to be cleaned. I had some tough stains on my seats, but they got them out and it didn’t even take a full hour to get the job done.

Went here after buying a discount on groupon for a small SUV detailing. Was quoted two hours on phone and it took exactly two hours. Very friendly staff and I was pleased with the results, inside of car looks like new!

I have 2 dogs. One loves to roll in the mud. The other occasionally gets car sick and has done so on my back seats at least 5 times over the past 2 years. Needless to say, my upholstery was in rough shape. These guys did an amazing job. The upholstery looks, and even smells, like new. I wish I had taken some before and after pictures.
They quoted me about 2 hours to finish the job on a Friday afternoon, but they got it done in just about an hour. The staff was very professional without being stiff. The owner is a really friendly and personable guy. The location is a little tough to spot if you’re not looking closely. It’s next to Prestige Automotive in the little brick building on the left side. I’ll definitely be back when I need another detail cleaning.

I went to Neo Automotive after receiving a social media discount. They did a good job and were timely, BUT I asked the technician if he could take off a bumper sticker on the left side of the car (and leave the one on the right). He did the opposite — tried to take off the one I wanted to keep — and took the paint off my bumper. I had to get it repaired by a body shop.: (

They did an absolutely fabulous job with my car. It had not been washed in forever, and it looked like a brand new car, inside and out, when they were done with it. Their customer service was superb– they really went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% satisfied, and could not have been friendlier while doing it. I will definitely go back again, and recommend them with the utmost confidence.
