Hi, I’m Matt!
I grew up on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, spending my summers at the ocean and my winters wishing I lived somewhere else. I started working with food at a pretty young age and I just never stopped.
Over the years, I’ve honed a globalized cooking style that is as much influenced by my surroundings and the people I’ve cooked with as it is growing up in the age of the internet. I have years of professional cooking experience — cooking for large groups, cooking for families, and catering to clients with specific dietary restrictions.
I always have a great time working in kitchens, and am excited to visit yours! While I’m there, I am dedicated to getting as much done in the shortest amount of time possible, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
