I am someone who usually checks reviews before buying almost anything but I, as with the other reviewers of Low and Behold Cleaning Services, neglected to do it this time. I had an appointment with Delores today to clean our home, and she never showed nor did she return my repeated phone calls. To their credit, Living Social did refund the $ 80 I had paid, but it didn’t go back to my credit card; instead I received «Deal Bucks» to use on future purchases. While I would rather have had the money refunded, this is better than nothing.

She never showed up to schedule appointments. The third attempt at contacting her asking her where she was she hung up. Dolores has to be a scam artist. Living Social should have her removed immediately.

I wish I would have read the Facebook reviews before booking an appointment with this «business». After repeated confirmations up until the day of (on my end), Deloris never showed up at my house. My last call with her was about an hour after the scheduled appointment where she told me she was not going to be there for another hour. Then, nothing. She stopped answering her phone. No explanation was offered for the no-​show. In all honesty, I don’t think this is a legitimate cleaning business. I think this is a way to get personal information (address, work schedule, etc.) for nefarious purposes. I’ve asked LivingSocial to take her off their website, but so far nothing has happened.
