Here are the facts. Rob arrived 20 minutes after I called. He restored my dead as a door nail battery and got me on my way with courtesy, competency and consideration… for a reasonable price.
I was out with the dog when he arrived. He didn’t rush me or act annoyed. We went to the garage and he asked questions about how I might have drained the battery to properly diagnose what was going on. He cautioned me the car alarm might o off so i might want to cover my ears. Once it was started, while I was letting it run to re-charge, he explained all the light settings on my complicated car– even the fog lights
People like him make my glad I live here.
