I had the same negative experience in contacting Just the Right Touch as one of the other posters — I bought a LivingSocial deal but could not get a return call to schedule an appointment despite leaving 5 or 6 messages over the course of a month or two. One of my messages did result in a call back as I was about to walk into a meeting and didn’t have my calendar with me, but I was unable to get a hold of Stephanie after that even though I called back at the agreed-​upon time. I would LOVE to review the actual facial experience but unfortunately had to request a refund instead. I cannot imagine that the facial would have been worth the enormous hassle to get an appointment though.

Bought a Livinsocial deal. Called many times but they never picked up nor called back for my voice messages. Ended up requesting a refund after a few months pass my desired appointment date. What a disappointment and waste of time.

Lydia and her staff were more than professional and. Rated us to a pampering one hour massage, A one hour facial, and a hand and foot paraffin wax treatment. i will go back again and again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great massage and spa experience in Durham.
