Fast, reliable, good work. We set a time and they were there and did quick and professional work. The only thing I don’t like about this company is the bidding process was verbal. Jose came in, took some measurements, then spouted off a number, we shook hands, and that was it. But the day of install, Jose was not there, and the guy who came to collect was confused on the number I was given. He was going to accept that i’d been given the price, but it was an uncomfortable moment. If you want good, and inexpensive carpet install and don’t mind the hassles of a verbal bid, then go for it.
