It is not often that you find a company that is willing to go over and above to make a small project work! Chad came out and gave us a reasonable price to replace the floor with vinyl in my 90 year old Mom’s half bath. It was an old house and the floor was pretty compromised. Throughout the project, he answered all the questions and assure us it would be done in the time frame we needed it. And Leonard came out and in spite of all the surprises and obstacles dealing with an old house… he never quit and stuck with us even when most installers would walk away. There wasn’t one issue that he didn’t see as a challenge and he was determined to make it work. We were very happy with his tenacity and his work ethic. The whole company was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely use them again!

I always deal with Chad Wright, He is very knowledgeable on every type of flooring that is in the showroom.
Chad use to be a flooring installer for many years and has a lot of experience. If you have any questions at all he is right there to resolve your issues.

Pros = competitive pricing, good variety, quality installation job
Cons = poor follow-​up/​follow thru, excessive damage from install, attention to details could be improved
Just finished installation of all new laminate, carpeting & tile.
Good installation job & quality materials, and price was reasonable.
However, getting jobs completed was a lot more headache /​hassle than expected.
— took a week+ of follow-​up calls before they would come back & reinstall toilets & finish off tacking carpet down at transitions, after finishing the tile installation.
— excessive damage to trim (3+ feet above floor??) & base boards (1 pc completely split in 2 & sloppy job nailing the 2 pcs to the wall… quite visible; another pc w/​huge chunk taken out of it from an errant hammer swing, probably from trying to nail down the quarter round)…and they claimed the detailed pictures I sent them showed «typical» damages for an installation of laminates.
— poor clean up after the tile installation — grout & other materials stuck to bathroom mirrors, cabinets, door frames, countertops, etc.
— quarter round & trim pieces ‘rough’ finished only — no angles but to blend pieces.
— my garage was used for storage for crew’s materials & tools (for a completely different job… since the tile was NOT what was used in my job), and left a mess.

I rating them a 1 star because it would not allow me to go lower. I recently had them refinish my hardwood floors. After the sub contractor they hired left, 2 of my doors were nailed shut, none of the quarter round ends were stained, my white baseboards had stain all over them. After contacting Damon Frazee, he made an appointment at 530 to have the subs come back and fix their poor quality work. They showed up at 9 pm waking my 2 year old daughter. My house was goi g on the market and I was forced to take a day off of work to cut open my door and paint the trim. In several places there were different sizes of quarter round. The quality is horrific and I would never use them again. They did offer to have someone come back and fix the work butat this point i have no trust in their company. While waiting for work to be completed Damon Frazee threatened to take action against me if I did not pay the remainder of the balance. They should never be trusted as they will farm out the work to the lowest bidder. No one from Frazee has ever bother to even see the poor quality work. If anyone doesn’t believe me I can send you pictures.

I used this company last year when I moved into my townhouse. I had them tear out the carpet in my living room and replace it with Brazilian Cherry Pergo laminante flooring. They did a wonderful job and completed the work in no time. My floors look beautiful. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them in the future.
