While at Southpoint, Francesca’s is usually always a great spot to shop… not so much tonight! The young girls in there were very rude when we walked in. The mall closes around 9:00…we walked in the store around 8:45 (still 15 minutes until close), the second we walked through the door the girls looked at each other and said «seriously? It’s 8:45!» EXACTLY, it’s 8:45, not 9:00!!! They refused to greet any of the customers that walked in, NOT very professional if you ask me!!!

Your standard Francesca’s…lots of stuff you aren’t sure anyone wants, lots of random clothes with only one or two sizes… but the girls here were friendly enough. I need to listen to my own advice and stop going into a place I’ve spent hours but no money in.

I love Francesca’s…some stuff does tend to be on the pricey side, but overall they have very chic and unique clothing, accessories, and gifts. I always get tons of compliments on the items I’ve bought at any of their stores

Their online customer service is just as bad. I sent back an item I purchased on their website and they never sent an alert acknowledging the return item! I had to email them and ASK FOR A REFUND AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE ITEM BY MAIL??? What retail business DOES that??? No one should have to ask for a refund after sending back an item within the allow return period. They’re a complete joke. I would not purchase anything from their stores OR their website!!!
