Esser’s Commissary is THE most affordable commissary for mobile food vendors including hot dog carts, push carts, ice cream trucks and anyone seeking a commercial kitchen storage and cleaning facility. It is located in Durham, North Carolina. We know how important it is for mobile vendors to keep costs low, because we own and operate a hot dog cart! Please note: our commissary does NOT have cooking equipment. We cater primarily to hot dog carts, food trucks and concession trailers that sell pre-​packaged goods.

History

Established in 2011.

We opened Esser’s Commissary in June of 2011 after realizing there were no affordable commissaries for our hot dog cart. Today we provide Health Department approved space to store your food and goods at an affordable price so you can be more profitable in your mobile food business!

Ryan has been in the restaurant management business for over 20 years. Him and his wife Alpha own and operate Dang Good Dogs and Esser’s Commissary.
