History
Established in 1984.
Dunn-Rite Drywall is a small family owned and operated business. My father Joseph Dunn started doing drywall construction in the Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh area back in the early 1960’s under the name of Dunn Drywall. I learned the trade from him starting while I was in elementary school with «spotting nails», and progressed from there. After high school I worked in commercial drywall construction for several years before going into business for myself as Dunn-Rite Drywall approximately 30 years ago. I have installed drywall in some of the most prominent homes in the triangle area, as well as repaired ceilings and walls in some of the smallest homes in the area.
