Absolutely terrible… aggressive towing wait for you to make one mistake and your car is lifted 100.00 later. Got a coffee at dunkin donuts out of car less than 2 mins truck waited for me to walk in door and snatched my limousine. 2 mins honestly. Imagining their repair business acts the same way… Stay away!!!

Called from 11 miles away. Told guy would be there in 30 minutes… Almost 2 hours later, he finally rolls up. No offer to reduce cost for the wait. Nothing.

You suck! I am a Pediatric Home Health Nurse. Tonight, I went to my client’s apt. for my 111p to 7a shift. The only parking space was a handicapped one, so I parked and went to the client’s door. While knocking for a minute or so, I heard this diesel engine sound. I backed up from the door to see this dude around my car. I say «What are you doing?». He says «Towing it». I said «I am a nurse and I JUST got here and am waiting to get the handicapped sticker from the client’s family or switch parking spaces with them!!! He said there was nothing he could do he was gonna tow my car! He said I had to give him $ 100 for him to leave my car! His boss supposedly settled on $ 50 to keep my car! There is NO doubt in my mind the was PREDATORY TOWING! THERE IS NO OTHER WAY HE COULD HAVE COME UPON MY CAR THAT FAST! AND WHEN HE LEFT, HE DIDN’T TURN DOWN A ROAD IN THE COMPLEX, HE WENT OUT TO THE MAIN RD TO HEAD BACK TO DURHAM!!! I DISLIKE YOU VERY MUCH!!! And there is NO option to select ZERO STARS LIKE YOU DESERVE! «I’m just diin my job ma’am…BULL CRAP!

Great at taking your money. Rude employees when trying to get your car back. $ 250 just to get the car back.

Dishonest and incompetent. Avoid at all costs!
