We have used Central Heating and Air Conditioning for nearly 30 years — he and his late father have provided services to us in Durham that can only be described as outstanding! Grant is extremely knowledgeable about the HVAC business. He provides good solutions, is prompt as well as being efficient. We have never had to call him back for a re-​visit. His costs are quite reasonable. We would recommend him without reservation…

Most recently, he came out same day when my 95 yr. old mother lost her air recently during a very hot day. I appreciated his response and thoroughness. An honest, small business owner with good attitude and helpful demeanor.
