This place is ALWAYS packed! I have to admit, they do excellent work. The staff here are super friendly. I’ve never had a complaint since my daughter has been a patient here since age 5, she’s now 14.
Dr. Prentiss takes time to speak to all the parents and anwser any questions. Just know that you will have to pay up front and they will give you a claim form to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. My daughter’s last appointment took a little longer than usual, and it was at 8:30am! I’m guessing it’s because school is now out. Other than that. this place is pretty great!
