As Audiologists and Ear Doctors, we place the utmost importance on offering hearing aid solutions designed to improve your ability to hear. We treat community members in and around Raleigh, North Carolina. Our recommendations are based on your set of unique needs based on a hearing test, your level of hearing loss, and your personal budget. Hearing aids should be custom-​fit and will require follow-​up for cleanings and upgrades. We also specialize in tinnitus treatment, custom hearing protection, and custom musician ear-​molds.

History

Established in 2002.

Carolina Hearing Group was founded by Brad Baldwin, Au.D., with the purpose of providing a unique hearing experience through service, education and technology. We strive to provide the highest quality and most compassionate service to our patients through the use of technology and education. Carolina Hearing Group merged with Hearing & Sound Services in 2004, and has become one of the première diagnostic audiology and hearing aid service providers in North Carolina.

Carolina Hearing Group doesn’t just sell hearing aids or provide the best service. Anyone can say and do that. We are different because we create relationships with our patients. We care about them as human beings, not just as customers. It’s an amazing feeling to help someone hear better. But it’s an even more amazing feeling to develop a lifelong relationship with each person we help, to hear about the unique and amazing journey of their life. Business Owner

Dr. Brad Baldwin, president of Carolina Hearing Group, received his Au.D. from the University of Florida. He earned his BA and MA from Radford University in Radford, VA, where he served as the president for the National Student Speech-​Language-​Hearing Association. When not in the office, Dr. Baldwin enjoys travel, golf, and boating with his wife and two sons.
