With a strong design background, we create new home designs that are responsive to the clients needs and budget.

Bull City Architect also specializes in church design. Assisting churches in determining their programmatic needs and planning the entire design process to help them achieve their current and future goals.

History

Established in 1999.

Bull City Architect has provided architectural services for the Durham and Triangle area for 15 years. We have proudly contributed to the fabric of our wonderful community during this time and are engaged in the exciting transformation of our proud city.

Bull City Architect has thrived on providing thoughtful and responsive design services. Our business has two guiding principles: The Client First and To Create Outstanding Architecture. Our experience has been that when we follow these simple principles the projects are successful.

Business Owner

I have been a Durham resident for over 21 years and love this vibrant and strong community. I have strong design skills and have experience in new home design, home additions, and renovations. Having the innate ability of being able to walk into a home and quickly (usually) determine how to transform an existing house into a beautiful and functional home helps me to serve the clients needs.

My experience also includes more complex project types such as institutional and commercial work.

My time spent working with a Historical Commission and HABS refined my abilities to document buildings with extreme accuracy. During this time I also developed my love of historical and culturally significant buildings and places.
