History

Established in 2011.

I’ve found a job and created a business around what I love the most– capturing life in its most beautiful and meaningful moments, and finding a way to share it for years and years to come. And yup, we love it when we hear from couples excitedly after they watch their video for the first time (head HERE to see what some of them have had to say), but it’s what they’ll say 20 years from now that motivates us the most.

Capturing memories has always been an important part of my life. My parents caught my entire childhood on video, and on holidays we still sit down to watch the cherished tapes of my twin sister and I. We’ve all memorized our favorite parts and place requests as we decide which to watch. Later my mom transferred them all to DVD and created a ‘Family Favorites’ DVD with the highlights.

When I hit my teenage years, I remember creating ‘memory boxes’ where I would carefully store and organize all those small details that tell your story. Ticket stubs, notes passed in class between best friends, pictures… you get the idea. In high school I saved up my babysitting money to buy my first video camera, whom I proudly named ‘Tony the Sony’. Tony came everywhere with me that summer, and spent his time interviewing people, capturing fun nights by the river, and good times with friends in the mountains.
