It was alright. It was hard to find because it is in the back of the shipping center. Plenty of parking, and no lines. Clean, but very cluttered. The store is small and hard to. find things. It’s even harder to find someone to help you.

Horrible horrible. Things from a wedding registry were received broken! Even though they can find the purchase and see the date they still won’t offer an even exchange! Mind Blown. Someone pays full price for something and you can’t get an exchange because it is BBBs fault? Holy heck talk about ripoff! Do not go to this place. They really just don’t care at all. Plus the last time I went in there no one was around to help and the one lady I found didn’t even know that the product wasn’t there and she was like yeah it’s over there. I wanted to be like what are you getting paid for, show me! It wasn’t there. BBB is becoming like a ghetto, garbage, trash dump. You’re better off going to walmart! At least they will exchange something that was their fault!

I had a pretty awful experience today. The aisles are jam packed with stuff… meaning that they are not wide enough to get your cart through. Add to that the fact that the store was packed with people, and there was literally no where to move at times. It’s the weekend before college starts back up, so I know that the store was likely more busy than typical. Despite this, they had one person on a register(in addition to the returns/exchange counter). There’s not any room allocated for lines so again, you have people trying to shop with carts and they can’t pass by. They finally opened up a 2nd register. The woman was very nice and was trying her best, but everything went wrong. The register wouldn’t recognize the wedding registry # so she could not check the items off of my friend’s registry. She and another employee proceed to Yell across the store the bride and groom’s names. A packed store and they are yelling to each other. This happens 3 times because they couldn’t hear one another. To add insult to injury, the register then gave them a hard time printing off my gift receipt. Seriously an awful shopping experience. If I had not been in a hurry(and believe me, this shopping trip had already taken ridiculously long), I would have spoken to a manager. I think I’ll go back to shopping online.

They had what I needed so I was happy. The fellow behind the register was busy chatting with co-workers rather than saying much of anything to me. I suppose customer service is non-existent everywhere? Anyway, it wasn’t the worst experience I’ve ever had, but the guy at the register was off putting.

So after having the potatoes on the stove boiling, we learned that the«masher» was missing. I volunteered to make a trip to the dollar store to purchase one-totally forgetting there is a bed bath and beyond in the same plaza. After my feeble attempt at the dollar store, I ended up making the trip to bed bath and beyond. I was definetly a woman on a mission so I was very grateful to be greeted by an employee who was super friendly and helpful. We made small talk and got the masher pretty quickly. The challenge came in at check out. I receive regular emails from bed bath and beyond with 20% off coupons. I was not impressed with the sales associate at the check out counter. I don’t recall her even making an effort in greeting me. I explained that I needed a moment to try and find a coupon bc I get emails regularly from their store. When I asked of they were on retail me not or shop kick the woman replied with something along the lines«you’ll have to look». When I finally found an email coupon and started to show the less than helpful woman names Nicole at the register, I learned that the coupon was expired. I then recalled hearing somewhere that bed bath and beyond take expired coupons to which I vocalized only for Nicole to shut me down and say that they only except expired paper coupons. At this point I was rather annoyed! The woman who had helped me on the floor, also named Nicole came walking towards the register asking if I was looking for a coupon-to which I replied yes but I think she sensed my frustration. She was kind enough to say that if I came back w my receipt and a paper coupon that they would honor it and give me the 20% off. At this point I don’t know of it would even be worth it-I can assure you that if the same cashier is at the register if I muster up the energy to go back I can assure you that I will turn right back around and walk out of the store not to return again. Is it too much to ask to greet those that you are cashing out and to offer up the same information that the other woman did about their coupon/receipt/return policy?!

Not my favorite BB&B but it’s adequate. Crowded aisles, not with people, but with merchandise. Not easy to find unless you know exactly where you’re going. They didn’t have what I was looking for, but they do have interesting products. It was a good excuse to drive around in the little roadster with the top down on a nice sunny day — and then go off to another BB&B in Raleigh to find what I was looking for — shades on, top down.

Tucked away and so it is quiet and a little tricky to get to if you’re using Yahoo maps to navigate(the street names haven’t been updated on there, I guess?). The people there were… well, not interested in customer service! I can’t tell you how many walked by without saying a single thing to me, and the woman I paid TWOHUNDREDDOLLARSTO didn’t bother with a hello, but talked over her shoulder the entire time. Thanks…

This BBB is right by my house, but I don’t go to this one anymore — there’s a surly bunch of folks who work here. Typically no one greets you and they definitely don’t follow company policy when it comes to customer service: if the customer pushes back, you’re supposed to accommodate them within reason. How do I know? Used to work for the company in another state. I did not receive the reasonable accommodation I requested, they lost a $ 50 sale and a customer. Oh well!

This BB&B is nestled in the far corner of the Northpointe shopping area. It can be a little quiet perhaps because of its location. However, it stocks a healthy and varied stock of items for home. Jen and I come here not infrequently after looking at Costco or Home Depot. We often get coupons in our mail and use them at this store. Some items are cheaper here than elsewhere, too. The service is friendly, and the shop is well organized. The check out line is usually quick. Not a bad store to visit.
