The staff is excellent and friendly, and you get to watch a movie(they’re pretty current). :)

I usually go here to donate blood versus an on-site drive. The staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, and understanding that donors(like me) are sometimes also a little squeamish. If you are eligible, please consider donating blood. This location would get 5 stars if they always had nutty bars on hand. Sadly, last time I had to work with keebler cookies instead. Bring back the nutty bars and I may edit :) Otherwise it’s a great location providing important opportunities to help the community.

I donated platelets for the first time, and it was at this location. The staff here was very helpful and attentive. I loved the warm blankets they put over you, plus the TV monitors and the huge DVD selection. It made donating platelets much more enjoyable, and I will definitely be back!

Located in the middle of nowhere in an office park with no signs. Could not find it, will not waste time looking for it.

This is absolutely the best Red Cross I’ve ever been to. I donate often and the staff is very professional. The movie selection for platelet donors is equal to that of a Blockbuster. If you’re donating platelets, ask for Rosie she’s the best there is.

I attended my annual CPR /AED re-certification at the Durham Red Cross today. It was the first time I’d attended a class there. The classroom was much nicer than other chapters I’ve visited. The instructor did a good job presenting the material and kept things interesting. Now it’s very easy to register for classes online. The restrooms were clean. There was a kitchen available with a fridge and microwave. Parking was very convenient. The Durham Red Cross gets an A for awesome!
